Emmanuel Sarpong

Emmanuel owns technical integrity and engineering excellence on every Sybatech engagement. He sets the firm's technical standards and AI-native architecture, leads senior architecture and code review personally, and has spent two decades putting hands on production systems in regulated environments. He is the partner clients escalate to when an engineering decision has to hold up under scrutiny.

Elsie Hayford

Elsie is a global health lawyer, policy specialist, and lecturer working at the intersection of law, technology, governance, and social change. Over a decade of international experience strengthening legal and policy systems, and seven years teaching postgraduate medical students. At Sybatech she is exploring digital tools for legal and policy mapping, regulatory intelligence, and public health accountability.

Babatunde Adelowokan

Babatunde brings over ten years of experience delivering IT solutions for major businesses across government, insurance, e-commerce, and cloud technology. He leads how engagements get delivered at Sybatech and how the commercial side holds together, maintaining a single point of accountability from the plan you signed off on through to completion.
